warn first

rule #10
always warn your date if you're bringing a friend - your date is arriving but you did not inform him/her that you have a friend with you. it is such a turn off for your date to see you with your friend BECAUSE he/she might have plans or even wearing a hot outfit to impress you. when your date sees your dear friend, he/she might just be over surprised. he/she would not know how to react in the first place. the whole outing will turn sour as both of your buddies are too shy too start a conversation. please warn your date first so that he/she is 'ready' to meet your friend.

don't force!

rule #9
never force your date - please for goodness sake...DO NOT FORCE your date to anything that he/she declines to do. it is a very bad thing to do on a date! he/she will eventually hate you but it hurts deep down inside that your date might feel guilty for not doing whatever you have requested. such a turn off!

listening the best policy

rule #8
always give a listening ear - you gotta listen to every word that comes out from your date's mouth. it is very important to show that you are understanding the conversation. whenever you're interrupted by a phone call or a fren from afar, ensure that you always request your date to continue telling their story. your sensitivity counts showing that you are interested in their story telling.

courtesy is the best policy

rule #7
treat with best courtesy - always be at your best on your date. be courteous at all times but never ever over do it cause you will be faking it anyways... this regards to everyone surrounding you not only your date ok??? you wouldn't want to speak rudely to the waiter or even the mamak fellow in front of your date...would you?

don't drool!

rule #6
don't drool over another person - try not to look any hot chic/dude on your date. well...you can look at them but don't drool or gaze as the matter of fact! it's an automatic turn off for your date! this makes your date feel no special no more. so...watch out!

little surprises

rule #5
furnish little surprises - it does not hurt to give surprises. it actually excites your date, making him/her curious to know what's in store and how well you know that person. well, you gotta know them really well especially the ones you looks for $$$. somehow, it's the thought that counts. a stalk of rose/daisy will be great for the night no matter it's a boy or a girl.

always compliment

rule #4
always give compliments - your date will tickle when he/she is complimented on how they look that day/night. it is the most flattering words that you can melt him/her down.
it shows that you actually take notice of their appearance, scent, posture, speech, character and etc.

don't complain!

rule #3
don't ever complain - strictly avoid complaining about anything in your current relationship. your date never wants to hear about it. it potrays that you are a fussy and difficult person. eventually, your date might just loose interest in you immediately!

avoid saying "anything la"

rule #2
avoid "anything la" - never ever mentioned the phrase "anything la" on dates. it kills the courting spirit. this always occurs when we are out on a dinner date. you gotta have everything planned out well no matter which party (guy/gal).

you gotta boogie right!

rule #1
boogie right - be with someone that has the dance flow. cause both of you gonna dance together for the rest of your life. please notice his/her moves. learn those moves. be comfortable with the moves. otherwise, you're just wasting time...
